Three people split tasks over the course of days: copying data from forms into spreadsheets, sending WhatsApp messages and emails individually, filling contracts on D4Sign, and configuring payments on Asaas. Each interruption meant context-switching, and with 350 leads/month coming in, it was inevitable that follow-ups were forgotten and errors occurred.

Our Approach

The team designed a modular architecture with 5 independent flows in n8n, each responsible for a specific stage of the journey. Each flow was built, tested, and validated individually before being connected to the full pipeline. The system includes built-in error handling — if any step fails, an operator is automatically notified for review.
